We're Hiring! Manager of Support and Services

Lime Technology Inc, the makers of Unraid OS, is looking for a technical support leader who has earned trust through hands-on work. Our support org already hits 97% CSAT and an NPS above 45. This role isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about taking something excellent and making it even better.
You'll lead a growing team of support professionals, own the day-to-day support operation, and serve as one of the strongest technical voices in the room when complex issues escalate. That means real fluency with Linux, ZFS, Docker, VMs, networking, and the kind of infrastructure our customers run. 

You'll also personally build AI and automation tooling that improves how the team triages, routes, and resolves issues, and you'll design the partner support and professional services processes that make Unraid's growing ecosystem work at scale.
This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable in a terminal and a management 1:1. You'll represent the voice of the customer across Engineering, Product, Quality, Documentation, and Leadership by translating patterns from tickets and community forums into product feedback, documentation improvements, and operational decisions.
