We're Hiring! Head of Operations & Automation

Lime Technology Inc, the makers of Unraid OS, is looking for a builder who leads with understanding. 

As Head of Operations & Automation, you'll design the systems, workflows, and automations that keep a tight, high-performing remote team moving clearly from product planning through release and beyond.

This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and operational instinct. You'll partner closely with our Director of Product and cross-functional department heads to create visibility into what's moving, what's blocked, and what's next, all while building real tools that reduce the coordination tax on everyone's day. You should be comfortable writing scripts, working with APIs, and prototyping LLM-powered workflows.

We're a tight, long-tenured team that's been building Unraid OS since 2005, and we need someone who earns trust by listening first and building second. If you like turning ambiguity into usable systems and have the technical chops to build them yourself, we'd love to hear from you.
