Unraid OS 7.2.7 Now Available
Unraid 7.2.7 is out with a broad set of security updates, a kernel upgrade, Docker fixes, and package refreshes across core system components.
Unraid 7.2.7 is out now with security updates across 11 core packages, including nginx, curl, php, glibc, and avahi. Also included: a kernel upgrade to 6.12.90-Unraid that resolves a performance regression affecting Docker-enabled systems and some USB 3.1 devices, a Docker VLAN gateway fix, and a couple of smaller WebGUI and Connect corrections.
Security
This release updates several packages with known CVEs, including nginx, curl, glibc, avahi, jq, gnutls, and php. The nginx update alone addresses 13 CVEs (including CVE-2026-42945 and CVE-2026-42946); curl addresses 8; php addresses 8; avahi addresses 5; and glibc addresses 3.
A full list of updated packages and associated CVEs is available in the release notes.
Docker
Docker has been updated to 29.5.1.
A fix corrects behavior for Docker containers on VLAN networks, which were falling back to the VLAN gateway address instead of using the configured gateway.
The Docker container context menu is now reliably accessible on pages with many containers. Previously it could be obscured behind the page footer.
